WAL about value in our portrait  ----> how light or dark something is and I think it will look nice.

Chuck Close
We were making a portrait of our selves so first we took a selfie then Mrs graham had an idea so she told us and said we should do it with patterns in side and then we found and artist named Chuck Close.

Take a pencil for a walk
The second step was we got a pice of paper that had a learning intention that said I am learning to use my pencil to draw patterns of different values and then at the bottom it has some boxes to shade light to dark.

When we got our paper we had to get our picture were we did the selfie on then we had to make our selves but square by square so then we made a small mirror to make it easer to put on the selfie so it will be easier and then we have to make shapes light to dark if it is.

The Trickiest part for me was thinking of a lot of patterns and do them and make your accessories like glasses.

My favorite part was doing all the patterns
